Our Story
10 Years of Brewing Fine Tea
We have always felt a deep reverence for times gone by—when life moved at a gentler pace, and there was time to wander through a beautiful botanical garden, step into a welcoming tea room, and savor the heritage of a traditional English tea.
Cassandra’s Destination Tea was created to bring that feeling into the present: an experience that transports each guest to a place of quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, beauty, and gracious hospitality.
For more than eight years, we have devoted ourselves to learning, training, and creating an environment in which every guest feels genuinely cared for. From the carefully selected teas to the thoughtfully prepared culinary offerings, each detail is considered to make the experience feel unhurried, gracious, and memorable.
Our culinary experience is inspired by the beauty and abundance of our farm and our English kitchen garden. Fresh ingredients, time-honored garden traditions, and the simplicity of country living come together in the foods we prepare and serve. As the garden changes with the seasons, so do our offerings, thoughtfully reflecting the beauty of what is grown, gathered, and prepared with care.
We believe tea is more than a beverage. It is an invitation to pause.
It is an opportunity to gather around a beautifully set table, savor something delicious, enjoy meaningful conversation, and reconnect with the simple pleasures so easily lost in the pace of modern life.
At Cassandra’s Destination Tea, we bring together the elegance of traditional English tea, the bounty of our farm and English kitchen garden, and the beauty and inspiration of botanical gardens. Each destination becomes part of the experience, creating a setting where guests can leave the ordinary behind, if only for a little while.
Our hope is that when you leave our table, you remember more than what you tasted or the garden you visited. We hope you carry with you the beauty of the experience, the warmth of the table, the food lovingly prepared, and the people with whom you shared it.
Come sit with us. Your tea table is waiting.
